1 General Terms

• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is completely prohibited.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds may only be sent from an account that matches the registered identity.
• Deposits in a third party's name or from a third-party account are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method used for the deposit or to a verified personal account.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be rejected if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kripya11 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers have specific terms that members must follow.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal.

• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus offer active at the same time.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Any manipulation or fraudulent activity aimed at earning bonuses is strictly prohibited.

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless the platform's cash-out feature is active).
• Bets may not exceed the maximum bet limits set by kripya11.
• If an incorrect bet is confirmed due to a technical error, kripya11 reserves the right to cancel it.
• In the event of an internet disconnection or other technical issue, game results will always be determined according to the server's records.

6.2 Live Betting Terms

• Odds may change during live betting. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If an attempt to place bets by taking advantage of broadcast delays is detected, the account may be closed.

6.3 Casino Game Terms

• All casino games are operated by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others).
• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely impartial.
• If any dispute arises over a game result, kripya11's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the kripya11 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and balances may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to exploit the system through manipulation or coordinated betting to claim bonuses.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or making chargeback claims.
• Placing automated bets using software or scripts.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering or criminal activities.
• Harassing or threatening fellow members or staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

kripya11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

8.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• As required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory guidelines.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A member may also request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any incomplete wagering requirements or bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed. However, the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance will be provided.

In any circumstance, kripya11's total liability will be limited to the total amount deposited by the member in the last 30 days.

12 Changes to Terms
